Our planning fees range from $199-$799 depending on the complexity and duration of your trip. This fee is separate from your actual travel costs and covers our expertise, time, and ongoing support. Many clients save more than our fee through exclusive deals and avoiding costly mistakes.
Minor adjustments during the planning phase are included. Major changes or additions after final approval may incur additional fees. However, we work hard to get everything right the first time through detailed consultation calls.
All our packages include support during your trip. Premium and Luxury packages include 24/7 phone support. We have relationships with suppliers worldwide and can quickly resolve issues like cancelled flights, overbooked hotels, or other travel disruptions.
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for international trips and 6-8 weeks for domestic travel. However, we can work with shorter timelines and have successfully planned amazing trips with just 2-3 weeks notice.
